TRT HR Workshop
On March 21, TRT held a HR workshop at Taicang Enterprise Service Center.
The theme of this workshop is “AI Tools into Daily Business Operations”. We invited Mr. Zheng Hui, the Senior Instructor of INTELLGUIDE, to give us a fascinating talk..
Starting from the practical demand of “ AI empowerment: let your work efficiency explode”, Mr. Zheng systematically introduced the application of various AI tools in daily business operation with his industry experience and use cases. He explained in detail how to apply AI technology to Excel and PPT in the smart office.
In the lecture, he also demonstrated the new features of Microsoft 365 Cloud Collaboration, which make team collaboration more efficient and smooth.
Regarding data visualization and analysis, Mr. Zheng gave an in-depth introduction to the skills of using Power BI and Tableau, as well as practical examples of Power Platform in application development. The audience showed great interest in the efficient assistance of these tools in finance, procurement, and market analysis.
Next, Ms. Shi Yuchen from Trumpf (China) Co., Ltd. shared the actual application and practice cases of AI technology in Trumpf with her rich working experience.
