TRT is an active practicer for CSR. TRT member companies will organize CSR projects of different forms annually and encourage the staff to take part in to make our society more beautiful.

在TRT，政府及社会各界人士的努力下，全国第一家残疾人工厂——中德善美实业有限公司于2014年在太仓成立，为残疾人就业提供指导与支持，帮助他们融入社会。

With efforts from TRT, Taicang government & the society, Sino-German Handicapped Technology Co., Ltd., the first factory for disabled people in China, has been founded in 2014 in Taicang, which will offer guidance & support for disabled people in their work and help them to integrate into the society.
