Taicang Engineer Association（TCEA）is a professional and non-profit social organization that is directly under the administration of Taicang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and has been legally registerd at Taicang Civil Affairs Bureau. The service include: 

太仓市工程师协会（TCEA）是受太仓市人力资源和社会保障局直接主管，并在太仓市民政局合法登记的专业的，非营利性社会组织。服务内容包括：

• Providing technical consultation and exchange services

  开展技术咨询交流服务

• Organizing continuing education training

  组织继续教育培训

• Formulating professional standards for engineers

  制定工程师专业标准

• Promoting engineer qualification certification

推进工程师资格认证

As the public service platform, TCEA will provide professional technical consulation, continuing education training & qualification of engineer to Taicang European enterprises and local private enterprises of engineering and technical personnel.

TCEA将致力于对接德国和国内工程师行业协会，职业教育机构，政府机构，成为为太仓欧商企业及本地民营企业的工程技术人员提供专业技术咨询，交流服务及继续教育服务，并作为推动工程师认证等工作的公众服务平台。
