希望加入TRT的企业必须符合3个条件：

Companies wishing to join TRT must fulfill three prerequisites:

1. 位于太仓的欧洲投资的中小型企业

    Be a European invested small or medium-sized enterprise located in Taicang

2. 支付每年4,000元会费

    Pay an annual membership fee of RMB 4,000

3. 愿意积极促进TRT的发展

    Demonstrate willingness to actively contribute to the TRT community

备注：对于新会员，会费将按照实际加入月份成比例计算。例如，三月份加入，会费为4,000元/12个月*10个月=3,333.33元。我们收到会费后，将开具收据。

Remark：For new members, the fee will be calculated proportionally since the month they joined. For example, if you join TRT in March, the membership fee is calculated as follows: 4,000RMB/12months*10months = 3,333.33RMB. We will issue the receipt after receiving the membership fee.

如果您的企业满足以上条件并愿意加入TRT：

1. 邮件至linda.li@taicang-roundtable.com并告诉我们您对TRT的兴趣

    Contact us to express your interest in TRT by sending an email to linda.li@taicang-roundtable.com

2. 您将获得邀请并参加一次TRT每月的总经理会议，进一步了解TRT。

    You will receive an invitation and attend a monthly GM meeting to gain an insight into how TRT works

3. 支付会费，签署君子协议（非强制性），并成为积极的会员企业

    Transfer the membership fee, sign the Gentlemen’s Agreement (Optional) and become an active member

备注：君子协议是为了防止企业相互挖人才而达成的协议。
